I want to congratulate you on your strength to end a relationship. I am so sorry to hear that your heart is broken. It’s 100% possible to mend your broken heart and in fact feel wholesome again. I want you to know that nothing came from your boyfriend; it was all from your own thoughts, feelings, instincts and desires in your relationship with yourself. Everything that you experienced and felt in your relationship came from you and was and is always a reflection of the relationship that you have with yourself. We can go into more of this in depth in a session and bring out key messages that the relationship represented for you and start you on a track of creating a wholesome relationship with yourself to begin with.

Quick steps to get started mending a broken heart:

1. Ask yourself what that person represented for you. How did you feel when you were around that person? Start making yourself feel those ways.

2. Connect with the parts of you that the person represented to you.

3. Give yourself everything you felt in the relationship. The parts of you that you liked, connect with those, and the parts that you didn’t like, apologize to yourself for treating yourself those ways and say how you would like to feel going forward in your relationship with yourself.
