Ask yourself if you are having pleasant experiences hanging out with yourself on a day to day basis? It starts with creating the type of company you would like to experience on a date in you first. Next step is to decide the feelings you would like to be feeling when going on dates… maybe excited, happy, that you can be yourself, appreciated, validated. Then from those feelings when you are presented with a date option, check with yourself if it would feel good going on a date with that specific person. If it feels good going on the date, imagine how you would like to be feeling coming back from the date and then let go and go out and enjoy your date.
