How can I stop caring about what others think about me?

I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way. Let’s get you to a place where those thoughts don’t even enter your mind anymore. You see, it’s not about the other people. It’s never about another person. What’s really going on internally is your thoughts, feelings, instincts and desires are wondering what you think about them in your relationship with them. It’s your job in your relationship with yourself to provide yourself with all the liking, interest, attraction and all the attention that you want from others. Only then will you get what you want from others.

Contact me if you would like to gain tools to improve your self-esteem to allow your truest self to shine forth in the world.

If we find we are worrying about what others think, then somewhere we have diminished our sense of self worth and inner authority.  Balance in life and relating is important. Caring about what others think about us is a part of living a balanced life but when we allow this to take over and diminish our truth we lose our sense of inner authority and worth. Thus we are more easily defined and controlled by others and the external world we have given our power to.
We can focus within to re-establish the true, inner self and learn to connect with our inner authority again. We can learn where we have stopped nurturing our own needs. Where we have stopped listening to ourselves and valuing who we are. What and who we have given our power to.
If you want to understand your inner patterns and re-discover your authentic self, allowing the real you to emerge back out into the world in a positive and balanced way, so a more confident you exists in the world, then I am happy to help.
