When making decisions, I myself use this system to make my easiest to most difficult decisions. I studied this through the “Inspirational Life Guidance System”.
The one, most important thing to do before making any decision is to first check with yourself, what Yourself (GPS) feels about this or that decision.
Let’s say you are debating whether it would be good for you to go away for an energetic weekend with so and so OR to stay at home for a relaxed weekend…
#1 you ask yourself, how would I like to FEEL by Sunday night, at the end of your weekend.
“I would like to feel settled, clear and excited about my upcoming week, this growing, positive anticipation within me, that I trust my journey and I am increasingly feeling content and whole with who I am now and with whatever I am working towards…
#2 After you set, what is called an Emotional Destination (“Inspirational Life Guidance System”), you ask yourself, how does it feel to me to stay home? hmm…that feels really good, I think staying home this weekend will give me the energy and clarity I seek to take with me into my reality next week.
And, NOW, how does it feel to go away with so and so for the weekend? Now that I have set my emotional destination, that feels totally off.
This is a really amazing and easy to use system that truly worked wonders for me and can for you too! Try it for a week and see how much easier and clearer and so much more confident about yourself and your journey you will begin to feel.
