How can I focus on positivity when I’m surrounded by negativity at work, school and even in my own home?

That’s a great question! It may not be easy at first, but once you consistently allow yourself to step into a more positive space for yourself and to switch your mindset from negative to positive with an understanding of why the negative is showing up in the first place, you’ll be able to attract more positive experiences wherever you are.

The negatives are actually "hidden treasures" custom-made for you. They are your GPS's way of communicating to you about you. They are here for you to learn and grow from. They are telling you how you have made your own internal guidance feel when you haven't been listening to it and working together with it. When you understand the messages and lessons that are being communicated to you, you are able to have a much smoother ride to your desired destinations.

I would be happy to help you understand what these “negative” experiences actually mean for you and teach you how easily and quickly you can turn these “negatives” to amazingly good positives!

Hi. This is a very common thing. You have to find a way to let yourself shut out the negativity. Spend time alone in a room when easy listening tunes on.
