How can i get rid of these negative feelings which take over my head in a complete way?

I used to be confident 2years ago
But suddenly everything has gone once and for all.
I feel like there is a camera on me everywhere I go and fell like everyone is watching me and will judge me and will notice everything in me mistakes for instance.
I can talk with girls anymore.
I can't talk with some1 when somebody's beside me.
I can't attempt singing even with my friends.
I'm not comfy with my look.
And so and so.........
How can i get rid of these negative feelings which take over my head in a complete way.
Any tips guys

I also used to feel this way too. I felt that the camera was on me, but I overcame it. How I did overcame the feeling, was that when I was in a college classroom,  I sat in the middle of the classroom and looked around. What I realized was that no one was looking at me. Everyone was focused on themselves and their own life. As I walked around campus I saw the same thing.

Realize that you are not a celebrity. People are not constantly looking at you and judging you. They are focused on their own life and worrying the same thing about you.

I would suggest you try this for yourself and just look around at what others are doing.

A question to ask yourself is why do you feel that the camera is always on you?
