How can I do what I want instead of listening to others?

Great question! I’m sorry up until now you have not been listening to your own needs. But we can shift this for you in no time. It is so important to be true to yourself. When you listen to someone else over yourself, you are tuning out your own thoughts, feelings, instincts and desires.

Quick steps to start to listen to yourself:

1. Prioritize taking care of yourself above everyone—emotionally, physically and intellectually.

2. Step into feeling destinations you would like to be experiencing in the ideal in every area of your life.

3. Next, check with yourself when an option is presented to you…if it would feel good or bad. If it feels good, go with it. If your thoughts, feelings, instincts and desires speak up another suggestion that feels good then present that option, too, and see what feels best.

Contact me to delve into this more to really learn how to listen to yourself.

You can begin living the life you want to live, rather than listening to others, right now!

Your energy is a representation of you in the present moment. It is the product of your mind right now and will reveal where you are giving your power away or allowing it to be taken, through subconscious patterns that are feeding your current situation; that you are creating. If you want to learn how to re-claim your power in this very moment and start a new journey, supported by healthier patterns that create more positive life experiences, please contact for an appointment. I am happy to help.
