You may want to ask yourself a few questions first.
What is your over all goal after expressing yourself?
Are there specific examples that you have where this racial inequality is shown?
Can you express yourself without fear of retaliation?
Personally as a minority, I would not be afraid to voice my opinion. I would find an individual (within HR or management) that I feel would listen to me; after making sure to have documented instances of micro-aggression's or racial invalidation etc...Make a formal complaint to HR and management, leave a paper trail- and be persistent if you do not receive an answer that is satisfactory.
Racism is still prevalent in America (the last 12 months has proven that) and should not be tolerated. Make sure to look at the circumstances and really make sure your claim has merit and if it does, do not allow others to devalue your feelings or sweep it under the rug
