I have so much going on in my life. How do I manage it all?

Every living being is subject to challenges and obstacles. We can either succumb to them and allow our thoughts to be poisoned by circumstances or we can go within, where we will find all the resilience that we need to weather any challenge. Here is the thing... we can only find true strength and peacefulness in the midst of a raging storm, by going within, where our innate wisdom resides. It cannot be found in any meaningful or sustained way, by seeking it outside of ourselves.

The only barrier holding you back from accessing your innate resilient spirit, is the deafening chatter of our own toxic thoughts. By quieting your mind through whatever means works for you (sitting on the beach listening to the rhythm of the waves, listening to a waterfall, observing the movement of a river, watching the sunset in stillness, contemplating the sounds of nature, taking a walk while observing the world around you, listening to peaceful music, or through formal meditation), you will catch a glimpse of the magnificent inner strength that you possess followed by moments of insight.

That silent space within you is where you will find all the answers you need and all of the resilience required to move gracefully through any circumstance. While external challenges come and go in every life, you hold all the power within you to not allow the circumstances to change who you really are. Go within.
