That is an excellent question! One of the things that people very much have a difficult time with is knowing what is the most important and relevant thing to do in the moment that will give them their desired results and a feeling of satisfaction.
Well, as you allow yourself to step into what I call “emotional destinations” on a regular basis before you decide what the order of your priorities will be, you will easily be able to “just know” what to do 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. And more than this you’ll feel confident that you have chosen wisely and also used your time well. Even more so, you’ll feel this positive anticipation for the events and experiences that are about to enter your life. You’ll simply feel it on the way to you.
Setting emotional destinations before taking action (ideally in the morning before starting your day and before going to sleep) will help you feel what it is best for You and will in fact get you to your desired destination internally and externally.
