I am sorry you feel this way. I’m glad you know this isn’t in fact true at all. I can assure you that it will be a lot easier for you to get and feel back on track than it seems in this moment.
You don’t just want to “shake this feeling off”. Instead allow these feelings to flow through and out of you. How can this be done? Everything stems from somewhere, so what you can do is understand why these feelings are there in the first place and what these feelings are trying to communicate to you to help you stay on track.
You can begin by asking yourself these next few questions:
~What am I actually feeling? Is it frustration, confusion, sort of moving, but staying in place etc.?
~Am I feeling the same feelings in regards to several areas of my life?
~What are some really good things and people that I like having in my life?
These feelings are not actually “yours”, they are what you made your internal GPS feel up until recently. Your GPS is simply communicating to you what you have made it feel up until now and what it would like to be feeling instead going forward. When you know what you don’t want, you’re able to know what it is you do want.
