I try practicing positive thinking, and yet I still get the opposite of what I want. How can I actually get what I want?

I’m glad you asked this question!
What we think about is so vital to what we experience on a daily basis and to the kind of person we become.

Our thoughts definitely create our reality. They affect the way we feel and the way we feel absolutely dictates what and whom we attract into our lives. Whatever our focus of attention is on, we get, so if we focus on what we want, this is what we get, and vice versa. The one little caveat to this is that we can say we want something specific, but really believe we can only get something else… G-D/Universe knows what we mean and what we’re ready for, and then sends us what we mean and believe is possible, not what we say we want.

“Trying to focus on the positive” isn’t quite the way to go. In other words, instead of turning the negative into positive, allow yourself to understand what is being communicated to you and then act from this healthier and clearer place.

In the beginning, it may feel uncomfortable because at that point, you’re allowing your internal GPS to show you (through external experiences) how you used to make it feel (old destinations). Your GPS is doing this so you can understand how you made it feel up until now, apologize to it and simply tell it what you’d like to make it feel going forward.

By doing this, your positive and “negative” thoughts will feel more helpful and valuable to you, so you won’t feel you have to force them to be positive. You’ll simply accept them for what they are and even feel grateful to have them help you achieve your goals faster and more efficiently. Clarity, satisfaction, deliberate creating, feeling of purpose, joy etc. can be easily feasible and consistently at your reach.

I would love to share with you more about this, so that you can really apply this approach fully, in a way that your thoughts will feel at ease with you and you’ll allow them to be your natural gifted guide. Contact me so we can get started!

This is a great question. We all struggle with positive thinking. When life seems to be not going as planned, positive thinking can be a challenge. We may say the right things to those around us, however in our thinking, we may not be as positive.  It has been asked, " Is the glass half full or half empty?" I see this from a different perspective. I don't see the glass as half empty or half full. I see the cup as refillable.  All we need to do is add water!

Self Talk and Thoughts are always going to be present. What is important is the choice we make which thoughts to dwell on . We will become what we think. Thoughts will become what we believe and think. Our beliefs will drive actions, actions will result in successful outcome. Circumstances can not be controlled, but we can control our attitude, schedule, and activity. Don't allow circumstances to control our attitude. Our attitude will determine altitude. The choice is yours. Is the altitude high enough to take us above the circumstance?

To learn more on how to control attitude, schedule and activity, reach out to me.  I look forward to speaking with you.
