It’s wonderful that you are making an effort to show your family and friends that you care about them. Your efforts can be put to much greater use if you first show yourself how much you care and appreciate you and then see how easily and quickly your friends and family will reflect this back at you.

~ Have you been responding to your own thoughts and feelings and then giving them what they are asking you to?
~ What can I do to show myself that I care about my well-being and efforts, and that I really would like to be and stay in touch with myself?
~ How can I give myself wanted and nurturing attention?
~ Have you recently been more in touch with yourself and more caring and appreciative towards yourself?
Answering these questions will help you get clarity about what is really bothering you. Then, you can actually make the changes that you’re looking to make in the right place, within yourself and, consequently, with your loved ones as well.
