I am so happy that you recognize that you would like to have deeper conversations in your life! I want to point out that the conversations you have with other people in your life are a reflection of the conversations that you are having with yourself. If you feel like you are at a point of wanting to have deeper conversations, this all starts with you in the relationship that you have with your internal guidance system. The first step in shifting your relationship with yourself is realizing that you would like something else instead. So I want to congratulate you for already reaching the first step!

Here are some quick steps to start you on the track of building a deeper conversation with yourself: The first step is to start speaking to yourself like you would talk to a friend, engage yourself with questions and start to show yourself that you are interested in having a deeper conversation and connection. The next is to acknowledge that up until now you haven't had this type of relationship with yourself. Apologize to yourself for only ever having superficial conversations. Start to focus on the feelings you would like to be experiencing going forward in your relationship with your internal guidance system. As an example, maybe you would like to feel connected, always in deep, stimulating conversations.

If you would like guidance in shifting the different areas in your life where you haven’t had deep conversations, I would be happy to set up a free session with you to give you a taste of how I can help you. Let us work together to get you to a place of having deep conversations in all areas of your life!
