How can I find the qualities I want in a partner? I have not been able to find them.

I’m sorry that you have not been able to find the qualities that you would like to see in a partner up until now; I'm sure that has been quite frustrating for you. To resolve this, I want you to step back and take a look inward.

Now, you can ask yourself what qualities you want to be experiencing in your relationship that you have with yourself. The qualities that you are currently exhibiting in your relationship with yourself are being supported by the world around you and are reflected in your dating experiences. You see, you are not going to find the qualities you want outside of you in another person if you don’t already have the qualities within you to be supported. A helpful tip now is to write down a list of all the qualities you would like to see in another person. Now, turn that list inward and start to make yourself feel all these ways and start treating yourself these ways and be these things to yourself. Once you have created the qualities in you that you would like to see in another person, you will see this reflected in a partner. As your partner will be treating him/herself and speaking to him/herself the same way as you, the relationship will be a perfect match!

If you would like guidance in figuring out, and clarity regarding, the qualities that you want to be experiencing in a relationship, I would be happy to set up a free session with you to give you a taste of how I can help you. Let’s get you on the path of creating qualities in a relationship with yourself that you love, and then have these reflected in a partner in your life.
