There is a strong word to describe what is happening in your life, but I’ll let you tell me that when we have our coaching sessions. For now, let’s just say that you are experiencing some serious challenges. What is happening to you is situational—it’s not your life, it's circumstantial or just the current state of affairs. When something happens that is just what it means--it’s contingent, passing, or for a time. So, until we meet, I want you to hold on to these three things:
1) You still have the Midas touch,
2) What is happening now is passing, and
3) Focus on how you are feeling in your body this very moment, this immediate instance, as nothing else matters.
If you won’t (because you do have a choice) allow yourself to feel how great it feels to just experience your presence then try to imagine what a bird must feel like as she glides through the air without a care. Just keep thinking about that kind of effortless freedom. Until we meet.
