ChatOwl can provide you anonymity without the fear of being judged by others. This is great as some people feel anxious when it comes to talking about their depression, anxiety, or stress to another person.
Our app works very well on its own, but it can also be used in conjunction with traditional face-to-face therapy.
We didn’t design our app to be a replacement for traditional therapy, it was designed to help whenever you need it.
