Everything is created twice...We know this, we just don't know the POWER of this.
Everything we are surrounded by in the room we are in, was first a thought.
If we want to know what the predominant thing is in our mind, all we have to do is look at our results.
The good news is that if we don't like what we see, we hold the keys to change it.
Similar to if we are experiencing health, wealth, love, freedom, beauty, etc., it is all because we first created it in our our mind.
We may not have consciously chosen it, but our mind has a set point that allows us only to experience a certain amount for well-being, wealth, love, freedom, etc.
We don't have a choice to create, we are "ALWAYS CREATING".
The only choice we have is whether we are creating by design or default! Whether we are creating consciously or unconsciously.
Recognizing that thoughts become things, we want to become very conscious of our thoughts. We want to notice what we are noticing and to "stand guard at the portal of our mind," As Emerson put it.
We want to practice being impeccable about our thoughts.
These are Four questions we should be asking ourselves on a daily basis:
What do my words reveal to me about my thoughts?
What is the story I'm telling myself about who I am and what I'm capable of?
What is feeding my mind?
What kind of conversations am I engaging in?

Choose to do two things this week to support impeccable thinking...
Eliminate one thing.
