Stop Seeking Validation from Others posted Aug 24, 2018

imageIf you aren’t careful people who aren’t deserving of your time will make you prove your worth.

If your every thought is wondering if you are good enough, you are.  Negative thinking puts you in battle with yourself.  Sure, you want to have the attention from certain individuals on your job, in your home, your career and within your inner circle of friends not to mention social media, but that’s not always the case. If you are trying to gain the attention of someone by making yourself more than who you are it’s not going to change anything and can make you look like a fool in the long run if you have no knowledge of that profession. If you want to stay on the right track, do what you love and have fun even if you are the only one on that road. People will talk and judge you no matter what you do its what confused folks do to bring you down. Cut out the negative people in your ear, you don’t need them in your life to make you happy.

I am somebody

Yes, you are, so never forget it.  Stop trying to be something or someone you are not and allow people to know the real you. You don’t need negative people in your life.   People will try to make you feel like you aren’t’ worth the space you’re standing in.  Keep moving and stay focused, you aren’t going to change their view of you if that’s how they feel.  You are better off without them in your life.  If you aren’t allowing positive people around you, its time to start.   Never let anyone put you down or make you feel like you’re not on their level.  Know your worth!

Seek out your destiny

What is it you want to do in life? Seeking validation will have you trying to impress people you don’t even know.  What is that going to cost you?  Why is it important for you to care about what other people think? Living your life to the fullest should be your only focus. You simply can’t please everyone you encounter and that’s okay.   I get it, sometimes you just want to do different things, but keep in mind, that you can only focus on one thing at a time.  Master what you truly love and go from there.  Never let people tell you what you can’t do.  Don’t get stuck trying to please the world, seek out your destiny by doing things you love.

My advice is to be true to yourself and don’t let anyone take that from you.
