Something not quite right?

Please send a bug report if you are having problems with ChatOwl. You need to provide the following details:

  • Date and Time: e.g. 7th of November 4:30 PM CET
  • Device: e.g. iPhone 9
  • Browser: e.g. Chrome
  • What have you been trying to do? E.g. I wanted to write a message to a client
  • How did you do that? E.g. I typed the message and then clicked on send
  • What did you expect to happen? E.g. I expected the message to be sent
  • What happened instead? E.g. A error message appeared.
  • Screenshot: Whenever possible please attach a screenshot
  • Conversation: add a link to the conversation in Intercom
