When human beings experience trauma or life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. I help my clients find healthy perceptions of self and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as complete, whole, and safe. I am certified and trained in evidence-based practices: Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Managing Adaptive Practices (MAP) with proven results for individuals. My therapy approach is based on establishing a genuine, trusting relationship with clients. This enables my clients to express their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment and leads to greater insight and positive life changes.
