About Us
Our Team
Founded in Switzerland, ChatOwl has been developed by an international team of clinical psychologists with more than 60 years of combined experience and is based on key findings of text-based digital pilot programs with more than 15,000 sessions.
Our Mission
ChatOwl’s mission is to give everyone access to mental health therapy.
To do that, we have combined three very effective therapies: CBT, MBCT and EMDR to help treat any mental health disorder effectively.
We are using these scientifically-proven therapy methods to not only help people cope better, but also to help them overcome their feelings of anxiety and depression altogether.
